At OneDealing, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below:

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Proof Requirement: To process any return or exchange, customers must provide a video recording of the unboxing process, clearly showing the condition of the product upon receipt. 

• Customized Items: Products that have been customized according to your specifications are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing an order.

🔄 Exchange Process

• Exchange Only: If the returned item meets the above criteria, we will offer an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value. Refunds are not provided under this policy.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Customized Products: As these are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
