Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Proof Requirement: To process any return or exchange, customers must provide a video recording of the unboxing process, clearly showing the condition of the product upon receipt.
Customized Items: Products that have been customized according to your specifications are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing an order.
Exchange Only: If the returned item meets the above criteria, we will offer an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value. Refunds are not provided under this policy.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Customized Products: As these are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
